2016 May 24

Trevor Gruber recently received the prestigious Amy Shelton McNutt Award at William Woods University.

The McNutt Award is given to the graduate whose consistency of purpose and selfless devotion to service were contributed without thought of reward and who best exemplifies the spirit and qualities of Amy Shelton McNutt, an alumna of William Woods in whose honor the award was named.

Active on campus, Gruber was president and secretary of International Justice Mission, president of Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ), treasurer of Hands Up Club, co-director of First Impressions show choir and director of the Student Website Advancement Team.

He also was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa leadership honor society and the ASL Honor Society and was named to the 2016 edition of "Who's Who among Students in American Universities and Colleges."
