Julia Needhammer Named to Who's Who at William Woods University

Julia Needhammer of Flagstaff, Ariz., has been named to the 2014 edition of "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges" at William Woods University.

Needhammer was one of 16 WWU students selected for Who's Who based on outstanding campus leadership.

A campus nominating committee and editors of the annual directory chose the Who's Who students based on academic achievement, community service, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.

By being listed in "Who's Who," Needhammer joins an elite group of students from more than 2,300 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states. Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934.

While at WWU, Needhammer was active in her sorority, Alpha Phi, serving as social events chair, vice president of program and development and vice president of membership recruitment. she served as a University Ambassador and phonathon superviser. She was a member of President's Twenty, Order of Omega Greek honor society and Campus Activities Board. She also served as president of Psi Chi psychology honor society.
