Angela Villavicencio Participates in Germantown Horse Show

William Woods University's hunter/jumper students spent a week in Germantown, Tenn., this spring at the Spring Time Encore show.

Angela Villavicencio of Camarillo, CA, rode Omnistarr in the .95 meter and the 1.0 meter Jumpers. The pair earned a seventh place ribbon in one of their .95 Jumper classes and a sixth place in one of their 1.0 meter Jumper classes.. Villavicencio is a junior equestrian science major.

Linda McClaren, a professor of equestrian studies at WWU, took 24 riders, 26 horses and five student grooms to the show, which took place at the Germantown Charity Show grounds and was sponsored by the West Tennessee Hunter Jumper Association.
