Mark Webb inducted into Phi Alpha social work honor society

William Woods University inducted six students into Phi Alpha social work honor society during the 2014-15 academic year.

Phi Alpha offers membership to junior and senior social work majors with an overall GPA of 3.4 and a GPA of 3.7 in social work courses. Members must exemplify the ethical and professional values, attitudes and conduct expected of members of the social work profession.

The purpose of Phi Alpha honor society is to provide a closer bond among students of social work and promote humanitarian goals and ideals. Phi Alpha fosters high standards of education for social workers and invites into membership those who have attained excellence in scholarship and achievement in social work.
